You must be 19 years of age or older, to order or receive alcoholic beverages from Le Clos Jordanne. Receipt of shipments containing alcoholic beverages requires the signature of a sober adult (a person 19 years of age or older who is not intoxicated). Wines purchased from Le Clos Jordanne are not for resale and are for personal consumption only.

No minimum purchase is required.
Le Clos Jordanne fulfils online orders through Canada Post.
Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed and packed before it is shipped.

All orders ship Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays. Business hours are Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm EST. Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed and packed before it is shipped.

Unfortunately we cannot ship outside of Ontario, Canada at this time. For addresses in British Columbia or Manitoba visit www.greatestatesokanagan.com.
CANADA POST SHIPPING DETAILS
Le Clos Jordanne fufills online and Wine Club orders through Canada Post. A tracking number will be provided to you once your order has been shipped. All packages containing alcohol must be signed for upon delivery by an adult (19 years of age or older). Please be sure to verify your shipping address before submitting your order. Postal codes must be entered alpha numerically.
When your order is shipped from the winery, we will send you an email to confirm your shipment – this email will include a tracking number to enable you to track your package at www.canadapost.com.
Returned To Sender Packages
If you were not home at the time of delivery, or if there was no one over the age of 19 available to sign for the package, Canada Post will leave a door tag (or a tag in your community mailbox) redirecting you to the nearest postal facility where you can pick up your shipment. The postal facility can also be located by imputing your tracking number into the Canada Post website. Your package will be held at the postal facility for 10 business days after the initial delivery attempt.
If the package has not been picked up in 10 business days the package will be returned to Le Clos Jordanne and you will be contacted regarding the return. You will be notified that the package will be held by Le Clos Jordanne for one month for you to claim. Due to storage limitations your package will not be held for longer than one month by Le Clos Jordanne. You will have to option to have the package reshipped to you at our regular shipping rates (outlined above) or have the package made available for pickup at Jackson-Triggs Winery (2145 Niagara Stone Road, Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario). Le Clos Jordanne is not responsible for additional shipping charges associated with return-to-sender packages.
Can I ship to multiple addresses?
You will need to create a new order if you would like to ship to more than one address. If you have an order with many different addresses and require assistance call the Le Clos Jordanne team at 905-468-4637 X 5630.
Returns & Cancellations
We may replace any bottle of wine that is damaged, flawed, or that the customer finds unsatisfactory. We ask the customer return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. We cannot exchange alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked or flawed. We are also unable to accept returns or exchanges of wine that is ordered in error. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange for the exchange of a corked or flawed product.
- Contact Le Clos Jordanne within 30 days via email email@example.com or phone 905-468-4637 X 5630 for any return inquiries. We will not accept wine shipped back to us without prior authorization. All wine contents, unless broken during shipping, must be returned in full to the winery for exchange only (no returns). Do not discard contents of wine bottles. If it is a quality control issue please re-cork the unused portion of wine. The wine will be analyzed by our lab.
- Once you contact us you will be given instructions for shipping your wine back to us. The customer is responsible for shipping back damaged wine(s) to us in order to process an exchange. A shipping label will be provided to the customer to use in the return of the wine.
- Once damaged wine(s) are received they will be exchanged with the same wine(s) (if available) or like value wine(s). Some of our wines are limited productions and exact wine(s) may not be available for replacement.
WINE CLUB CANCELLATIONS
All Wine Club cancellations must be done before the club order has been processed. After the club order has been processed any changes requested will be made effective for the following shipment. Club orders are processed in or around the second half of the month so if you wish to cancel please make sure you provide notice to firstname.lastname@example.org in the first 7 days of the month. All cancellation requests made after the order has been processed will be made effective for the following shipment.
