Talon Ridge is the youngest and the largest of Le Clos Jordanne's four estate vineyards. Young vines and low yields mean that this vineyard has not experienced enough vintages for the viniculture team to adequately assess where the best parcels will be. As the vines mature and they produce more fruit each year, the viniculture team will be constantly monitoring the grapes in the vineyard and the resulting wines in the cellar to select the best parcels that warrant becoming the Talon Ridge Single Vineyard tier.
The Talon Ridge Vineyard currently makes up the majority of the Village Reserve wine.
